An orthodontic examination of an eight-year-old female patient revealed osteosclerosis with displaced tooth germs in the left mandible as an incidental finding. The patient has no known underlying diseases. Extraorally, there is normal skin colour without asymmetry with intact sensitivity and motor function. Intraorally, there is an age-appropriate mixed dentition with a discreetly distended mandible on the left.
